Introduction

What Mentnet Consultants does

Mentnet Consultants have the ability and capacity to deliver across the full construction industry life cycle. We identify, create, design, capital raise and construct construction needs.

The firm is led by a Principal Consultant who acts as the main client contact and the first point of contact for quantity surveying and project management matters, supported by a quantity surveyor and a construction engineer. Between them, the practice covers cost management, contract administration, programme management, engineering design, planning, construction and maintenance.

Its recorded project experience ranges from a US$350.00 building survey of an existing house to a US$200 million estate-scale development at planning stage, across Harare, Gweru, Marondera, Mazowe, Victoria Falls and Lochinvar.8 of the 17 recorded engagements are documented as complete or completed.

Note on sourcing

Everything on this page — including the founding date, registrations and client list, which are deliberately absent — is limited to what the company profile records. Where the profile is silent, this site says so rather than filling the gap.

Capability

Delivering across the full construction industry life cycle

The firm describes its capability in five movements — identify, create, design, capital raise and construct.

  1. Step 1

    Identify

Establish the construction or development need the client is actually trying to solve.

  2. Step 2

    Create

Shape the need into a defined development or project proposition.

  3. Step 3

    Design

Coordinate the design-related work that turns a concept into a buildable scheme.

  4. Step 4

    Capital raise

Support funding and investment stages, recorded on feasibility and fundraising engagements.

  5. Step 5

    Construct

Deliver quantity surveying and project management through to completion and handover.
